FORT WASHINGTON INVESTMENT ADVISORS

Fort Washington Investment Advisors is a diversified asset management firm headquarted in Cincinnati, OH. This project is located in the iconic Great American Tower at Queen City Square. This workplace project tasked BHDP with relocating the firm within the tower, expanding their footprint, and providing a much needed update to their existing space which had not had any modifications in decades. In order to meet the required footprint to house the growing firm on a single floor, BHDP took on the task of joining the 301 and 303 towers - something that has not been done at this location. 

Working closely with the end-users, BHDP was able to create a new space that was timeless, elegant, and something the employees would feel proud to bring clients into.
